The Fermeda apartment is furnished as follows:

• 1 bedroom with a double bed and balcony
• 1 bedroom with canopy bed, safe, balcony and deck chairs
• daytime area with table and sofa, satellite TV
• fully equipped kitchen with electric hot plate, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, boiler, toaster, plenty of dishware and pots and pans
• washroom with top quality furnishings with shower, bidet, hair dryer and Hydrosoft wellness sauna
• independent main entrance

Booking conditions

• Children’s price dicount:
  • Children from 0-2 years are for free
  • Children from 2-10 years pay 15,00€.
• The rates are per day and apartmen, with a minimum saty of four days. For stays of less than four days we charge an extra €15.00 per day.
• Reservations are considered binding after we have recived your advance partial payment.
• Your rooms will be ready for you to occupy at 3:00 p.m.
• We request that you vacate your rooms by 9:30 a.m. of the day your departure.
• We advise you to take out travel insurance to protect yourself in the event of cancellation of your holiday.
